 RESIDENTIAL QUARTERS
THE BOR SPA-CLUB has 25 double rooms, 25 double luxury rooms, 90 double studios – “apartment type” – all of them in an attractive color decision, design and calmness. Each room, studio and double room is totally supplied with warm mineral water.
Double rooms are situated on the second floor, affording a view towards the mountain or towards the city; each room has two single beds or a “French bed” and a separated bathroom with a shower cabin, plasma TV, mini-bar, internet, satellite, telephone both in the bathroom and in the bedroom.
 Each double luxury room offers you a comfortable double bed (“French bed” type) and an upholstered furniture, plasma TV, mini-bar, internet, satellite, telephone both in the bathroom and in the bedroom, bathroom with a bath-tub; in each studio two adults and a child can easily be accommodated.
 VIP studios – a touch up to the luxurious bedroom with Jacuzzis, with French windows viewing towards green pine-trees… Each VIP studio has plasma TV, mini-bar, internet, satellite, telephone both in the bathroom and in the bedroom, bathroom with a bath-tub; in each VIP studio two adults and a child can easily be accommodated.
Double studios – “apartment type” are spacious two-rooms apartments (a bedroom in the first room, and a luxurious extensible upholstered furniture in the second one), furnished with a built in wardrobes, plasma TVs, mini-bars, internet, satellite, terraces, bathrooms with bath-tubs. Each double studio is comfortable for four people accommodating.
Pets are not allowed in.
 SWIMMING POOLS AND JACUZZIS
 Swimming pools and Jacuzzis – Indoor swimming pool, Outdoor swimming pool, Children outdoor swimming pool, Indoor Jacuzzis – the miracle of the mineral water from Chepino.
Indoor swimming pool – the pool is long 20 meters, 8 meters wide, 1.50 – 1.70 meters deer, the temperature is 30 degrees. It is roundabout with built seats, which are warmed up and teak lounges.
  Outdoor swimming pool – it is 18 meters long, 8 meters wide, 1.50 – 1.70 meters deep, the temperature is 30 degrees.

For those, who are fond of HUNTING the complex organizes together with a shooting ground “Iundola” chasing of wild-boars, hares, foxes, partridges, pheasants, wood-grouse capercalzies.
  FISHING – the complex offers organized one-day excursions to Sarnitza, Batak, Belmeken and Dospat artificial lakes, Chepinska and Iadenitza rivers.
CAVES – Lepenitza cave, Snezhanka cave.
