In the beginning of 2007 the association realized the first big project on the territory of Velingrad – BOR SPA-CLUB.

The complex has been built for 18 months and all residential units have been sold. In the process of construction and realization, real estate prices grew by 100% and in this way the investment made by the owners was fully returned. At present the overall management of the complex is being organized by the SIRONA International Association for Balneology and Tourism. Contracts have been signed with the homeowners for service and management of the property they have purchased. For the period April-May 2007 the average vacancy utilization has been 70%. This guarantees a constant and secure investment.
