The prices of the rooms for your summer vacation 2023 at Hotel Spa Club Bor 4 * Velingrad include:

• Overnight with breakfast at BB prices and overnight with breakfast and dinner at HB prices;
• Use of outdoor mineral pool;

• Use of an indoor pool with mineral water;

• Use of fitness;
• Use of children’s playground for children over 4 years with professional children’s animation, with working hours every day from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00;
• Free provision of baby cot;
• Free Wi-Fi on the territory of the hotel;
• Free parking;
• Tourist tax;
• Insurance;
• VAT 9 %.

All facilities are supplied with mineral water and operate according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Health.

Discounts and additional payment:

• Children up to 11,99 years old are accommodated free of charge at the boarding house of adults, where this allows.
• Child over 12 years old or third adult accommodated in an apartment pay supplementary BGN 60 (EUR 30,68) per day with breakfast included and BGN 69 (EUR 35,28) per day with breakfast and dinner included.

Some of the double rooms cannot accommodate children. Double rooms and studios do not have a balcony.

Policy of Hotel Spa Club Bor 4 * Velingrad for reservations and cancellations:

The offered “Early Bird” promotional prices with a 15% discount for early bookings for Summer 2023 until 10.06.2023 inclusive are valid for bookings that have special change and cancellation conditions and are subject to the payment of a penalty, such as:

• A confirmed reservation under the “Early Bird” Promotional Package with a 15% discount for early bookings for Summer 2023 is considered any reservation for which a deposit amount of 50% of the total accommodation amount has been received by 10.06.2023;
• Within 5 days after payment has been made (booking confirmation), the customer has the right to cancel his booking without incurring a penalty or being charged for it;
• Any confirmed reservation is non-cancellable after the 5-day period. The deposit amount is non-refundable;
• Any reservation that is unconfirmed (not paid by the customer within 5 days) is considered canceled without notice. The hotel does not owe a penalty for the cancellation;
• Changing the check-in date (re-booking) on an already confirmed reservation is possible within 20 days from the check-in date (one-time), after agreement and confirmation by the hotel during the validity period of the offer. The customer does NOT pay fees for changing the check-in date;
• A rebooked reservation has NO RIGHT OF CANCELLATION;
• In case of illness or other valid reason, the deposit paid remains valid within six months from the date of informing the hotel. To accept the truth of the stated reasons, the client provides a document about the reason that arose. Requests from customers to extend the reservation period will not be accepted without providing an official document;
• In case of force majeure situations, Hotel Spa Club Bor 4 * Velingrad reserves the right to change the conditions and dates of accommodation according to the specific event, WITHOUT being responsible and WITHOUT paying penalties.
