All facilities are supplied with mineral water and operate according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Health.

Discounts and additional payments for accommodation in a studio in hotel Spa Club Bor Velingrad:

• Children up to 5.99 years stay free of charge.
• One child from 6 to 11.99 years old are accommodated free of charge at the boarding house of adults. Children are accommodated on a sofa bed in the studios.
• A second child from 6 to 11.99 years pays an additional 10.23 EUR / 20 BGN per night, including breakfast and dinner. Children are accommodated on a sofa bed in the studios.
• Child over 12 years of age or third adult accommodated in a studio pay additional 40,39 EUR / 79 BGN per day, including breakfast and dinner. Children and/or a third adult are accommodated on a sofa bed in the studios.
• The prices announced by Spa Club Bor 4* Velingrad do not include tourist tax in the amount of EUR 1,17 / BGN 2,28 including VAT, which is payable by each guest per night and is subject to payment at the reception upon arrival at the hotel.

• In case of force majeure, Hotel Spa Club Bor 4* Velingrad reserves the right to change the offered services included in the accommodation package without paying a penalty.
• In case of premature/premature shortening of the stay and departure from the hotel of some or all of the guests on a given reservation, the paid but unused services and remaining days on the reservation are not refunded!
